Career Summary & Goals
I began my software career in quality assurance, which gave me the opportunity to learn early on how product quality sits at the center of successful software delivery. While my original goal was to become a software developer, working on the quality side gave me a deeper understanding of systems and helped me build stronger, more reliable solutions. I started my journey at Logo Yazılım as a Test Specialist, then progressed through the roles of Senior Test Specialist, Test Analyst, Cloud Systems Consultant, and Software Support Consultant. Today, I continue my career at HepsiJet as a Test Automation Team Leader. By combining functional testing experience with automation skills, I built an end-to-end approach that covers web, mobile, API, and database testing. I began with Java Selenium and later evolved my automation practice with Robot Framework, which allows me to deliver more maintainable and scalable solutions. Today, I actively coordinate mobile, web, API, and database tests with Robot Framework while improving the speed and reliability of quality processes. On the performance side, I run load, endurance, and data preparation tests with JMeter and continue to expand my capabilities with beginner-level Locust experience. I strengthened my cloud perspective by earning the AWS Solutions Architect - Associate certification in 2021. As a professional who values continuous learning, teamwork, and quality improvement, I also closely follow AI-powered test automation tools and research their integration opportunities with Robot Framework. As my career has progressed, I have developed a strong interest and capability in managing and leading not only automation teams but also functional testing teams. Effective team management, supporting team member growth, and building a culture of quality leadership are central to my professional aspirations. My goal is to build modern quality solutions that make test processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Work Experience
Test Automation Team Lead
End-to-end management of web, mobile, and API test automation developed with Robot Framework. Designing and executing database tests where needed with the same stack. Running prepared scenarios in a scheduled way through GitLab CI/CD, then reporting and analyzing the results. Designing and executing performance, load, and data preparation tests with JMeter.
